How do I return an item I received as a gift?Updated a year ago
We understand that sometimes gifts may not be quite what you were hoping for. At DSF Jewels, we want to ensure your satisfaction, even when the item was received as a gift.
Options for Gift Returns:
- Promotional Code: If you prefer, we can issue a promotional code equivalent to the value of the returned item. This code can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Exchange: Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value. Please specify the desired item and any relevant size or color preferences.
To initiate a gift return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the photo of the item that was gifted and details of the item you wish to exchange it for.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us (We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection) and the shipping cost for us to send you the new exchange item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return or exchange within 48 to 72 business hours.
