How do I make a return?Updated a year ago
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return, and we will assign a return authorization number to be included with your package.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24 to 72 business hours.
